This progression proved an excellent grounding in all post-production areas, from dubbing to subtitling to technical QC of trailer and feature work for up to 30 foreign language versions in multiple formats.
Language skills
She is familiar with working internationally and achieved a degree equivalent diploma from the London Chamber of Commerce Level 2 in Business French while at Disney.
Paramount Pictures International
Melissa was appointed Director of Film Operations at the newly opened Paramount Pictures International in London in October 2006, managing a team of 4, where she was responsible for long term planning for both digital and 35mm feature printing for worldwide theatrical release.
Thirty Five Mil Ltd
Launching Thirty Five Mil Ltd in September 2009, Melissa had for some time watched the emergence of alternative content in the digital sphere and saw opportunities arising for her niche skills and experience.

Melissa acted as UK representative for Australian alternative content distributor CinemaLive and brought the feature to 60+ cinemas across the UK, organising BBFC certification, DCP encode, mastering and duplication, KDM management, printing of flyers and posters and logistics to distribute all physical material for a Christmas release date, working to tight budgets and immoveable release dates as always.
